Refund Policy

1. Individual Subscriptions

Individual subscriptions to our email and Telegram alert service are completely free of charge. No payment is taken and therefore no refund policy applies to individual subscribers.

2. Company Subscriptions

Company subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Our refund policy is as follows:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your company subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only and may not be used more than once per company account.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to all company portal features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Service Outages

If the Service experiences a verified outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours due to causes within our control, affected company subscribers may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash.

Duplicate Charges

If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, contact us immediately. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

3. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrades — take effect immediately; you are charged the difference for the remaining billing period
  • Downgrades — take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; no refund for the current period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email billing@adsbng.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your company name, registered email address, and Paystack transaction reference
  • State the reason for your request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account. We are happy to resolve billing disputes directly and promptly.
