Individual subscriptions to our email and Telegram alert service are completely free of charge. No payment is taken and therefore no refund policy applies to individual subscribers.
Company subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Our refund policy is as follows:
If you are not satisfied with your company subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only and may not be used more than once per company account.
After the 14-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to all company portal features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
If the Service experiences a verified outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours due to causes within our control, affected company subscribers may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash.
If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, contact us immediately. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
To request a refund:
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account. We are happy to resolve billing disputes directly and promptly.
